AMERICA'S FREEDOM IS UNDER ATTACT ! Published June 14, 2008

"OUR AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE IS UNDER ATTACK. I published this graphic in the Tallahassee Democrat to celebrate Flag Day, June 14, 2008.  (1) The man seated at the log cabin is my Grand'paw Peavy. (2) At the bottom right is Grand'paw's youngest son, my Uncle, Paul Bunyan Peavy.  I never knew Uncle "Bunny."  He was killed during WWII. As my mother told me, her dad thought it would be too painful to bring Uncle Bunny's body back to Florida.  See a photo of his grave site in France below. (3) The person holding up Richard Florida's book, the Rise of the Creative Class is Leon County, FL, Commissioner Bob Rackleff.  He held the book up in 2008 to support raising taxes Leon County taxes. Bob says, "We'll take what [taxes] we can get."(4) Opposite is my book cover, The Fall of the Non-Creative Class & How to stop it. (5) H.J. Kuntry's song, I've Herard Freedom's Whistle Blow is featured at the top right.  Kuntry [Herbert John Carter] performed at the following Tallahassee Tea Parties: June 14, 2007, April 15, 2009, July 4, 2009 and September 12, 2009.  He also is featured in the movie: Benjamin Franklin [the First American] Held Hostage in Tallahassee. The movie received over 16,000 votes in the 2009 Tallahassee Film Festival (6) At the bottom left behind George Washington is the Leon County Tax Boil graphic. It features a crab being slowly cooked as Intangible, Tangible, Sales and Bed taxes are raised in Leon County. (7) Top left is the Vietnam Memorial across from Florida's Historic Capitol. Kuntry performed there when the memorial was dedicated. (8) The remaining graphic & artwork was provided to my father, Pace Allen (Sr.) when he joined the Army Air Corps during WWII." Pace
