"I'm seeking input from fellow citizens. I was talking to folks recently about promoting a Daytona Beach fun family tea party event from August 26 - 28, 2011 when I learned about the history of the phrase, draw a "line in the sand." I began thinking that we should draw a "FREEDOM LINE" in the sand of Daytona Beach on Sunday, August 28, 2011.  Next, I thought, why not "draw a line in the sand" from Texas to Maine; not just in the beach sand of Daytona.  DRAW A LINE FOR FREEDOM. Where will you draw your line in the sand ? Let me know and I will add your town to my map."
